A security deposit of $500 to up to 1 month's rent (depending on credit) and a $600 holding deposit (applied to first month's rent) are required at move-in.  We also require a one-time key and lock charge of $25 per apartment.

The Victor by Windsor offers bike storage for $15/ month and caged on-site storage that ranges from $75-$150 per month.

Parking

The Victor by Windsor offers standard garage spaces for $475/ month or deluxe spaces for $525/ month. Additionally, tandem spaces, for 2 cars, are available for $700/ month.

Pet Policy

The Victor by Windsor is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per apartment. There is a monthly pet rent of $75 per pet.

Restrictions: Breed Restrictions Apply. Dogs are not permitted on the 2nd and 5th floors.
