I've been a resident of The Victor by Windsor for several years. The building's location and the vista that my apartment ... home provides have been factors in staying this long. Jose, Wilson and the building's maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly, reliable, efficient and professional. Likewise, Chrystall, Margarita and the regular concierge staff make day-to-day living in the building more manageable and pleasant.
